ISSUES: You should identify the key issues (minimum 2) of the case. Some examples of issues that you may come across in your research may be: supply chain interruptions, lack of employee satisfaction, breakfast menu competition, sexual harassment, political issues, infrastructure and storage, beef ban, vegetarian population, increase in competition, high staff turnover, poor management, lack of response to the changed in the needs of franchises and customers, and many more.

ANALYSES: You then need to conduct the following three analyses on your case: financial, SWOT, and Porter's Five-Forces.

After you complete the three analyses, your minimum of two recommendations needs to be based on any information from any of your analyses that you discussed in your text section which would address any of the issues. See below.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Based on the details, correlations, and synthesis of your analyses, include your feasible recommendations (minimum 2) which will address the main issues (minimum 2) of your case.

Recommendations: You will develop and present a recommended course of action, as you would to a company's board of directors, based on your analyses. The viability of the recommendations, level of implementation detail, justification, and supporting documentation will also be considered in your case analysis evaluation.
