Each Student will decide on a behavior that he/she would like to change for self over a 4-6-week period.
Students will: 1. Select a personal behavior and decide whether you want to increase or decrease the behavior (e.g. decrease smoking, decrease snacking, increase studying, increase exercise, losing weight, etc.)
2. Perform a literature review of behavior and possible interventions to start, stop, increase, r decrease behavior

5. Graph your results of this simple AB design
6. Create a PowerPoint presentation of your results
