What are you required to do? For this assignment you are required to prepare a Reflection paper on your teamwork experience in this unit, which should be structured and succinct, focusing on the following three (3) main tasks:

You must follow the DIEP framework. Based on this:

- What were your expectations about what your team would accomplish this semester and has the team met those expectations?  Why or why not? Use examples from your experience from working as a group to report on your experience working in the group assessment.

Looking back at the development of your business venture plan and the commercial decisions you have made from its initial idea, as a group, you identified a number of ethical issues.  Based on this,

-  Make a case as to what is the most important ethical issue that the venture faces? Why?

-  Reflect on how satisfied are you about the ethical and socially responsible foundations for the enterprise at the end?

-  How do they relate to your own personal values (as identified in other parts of your course)?

-  Justify your reflections from your own viewpoint, explaining any divergence from the team and the other team members.

With reference to relevant research and practice-based literature, critically analyse the usefulness of understanding effective teamwork skills including the ability to reflect on individual performance in a team and the application of ethical principles, codes of conduct and values.

How will the reflection paper be developed? The development of your Reflection paper should be based on two things: [1] Use of the DIEP model to describe your experience working with your team to develop a business plan in this unit; and [2] the ethical and social dimension of your entrepreneurial idea. Your reflection should be genuine and critical of both the teamwork AND the values that have influenced the development of your entrepreneurial idea into a fully-fledged business venture plan.

Your assignment should:
•    be written clearly and concisely with evidence of your use of the instrument(s) and your understanding of ethical issues;
•    show evidence of critical thinking and analysis rather than pure description;
•    integrate aspects of the literature and demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of your subject matter (do not plagiarise texts or literature but comment on the relevance of the literature to the points you have made); and
•    be reflective of ethical issues and integrate personal values.
