It is said that a company without a vision is like man running with blindfold on his eyes to reach a destination which of course, he can never reach. The vision of the company is portrayed to its employees and the customers through vision statements. The vision statement of the company should speak about its focus to encourage a high performing and competitive future for the organization, such that even if there peer companies give them tough competition they are able to compete well. The vision statement should also promote about servant leadership where the company’s cynosure is to serve first.
