You were hired by a client organization to help reduce the high volume of turnover and absenteeism that is currently plaguing the organization. Develop a strategy to help the organization end absenteeism and turnover issues while increasing job satisfaction among its employees. Be sure to incorporate this week's readings on work/life balance, motivation and productivity.
