Develop a resource guide for a rehabilitation intervention, assistive technology, or health promotion program that can reduce the functional limitations associated with chronic medical conditions.

This resource guide can be targeted to a specific population/condition, or you may choose to provide information about the functional adaptations for multiple conditions within your guide. (For example, communication aids have application across many different groups of individuals, but you may choose to research and apply your resource on communication devices to a specific population, such as individuals with developmental disabilities.)
