For this task you are required to complete a series of activities each of these activities will compile a workplace portfolio. Where applicable please utilise and provide workplace documentation that is equivalent to the criteria.

Scenario:
The property is a 1920's two storey terrace house with basement situated in the Brunswick, an inner-city suburb of Melbourne. The street is narrow and parking is regulated by permit. The house occupies the whole site.
The construction works include major renovations, with the roof being replaced, external brick walls repaired, cleaned with brickwork replaced as required. The original windows are timber framed casements and require replacement. The interior is to be completely refurbished with new linings, new bathroom, kitchen and laundry facilities in existing plan positions. The estimated cost of works is at $310,000.
Develop a plan based on an actual project or the information provided above to apply for permit that:
• Identifies and lists the relevant acts that may apply to this development;
• Lists all of the stakeholders who will need to be consulted as part of the process;
• Lists the external consultants or specialists who will be consulted if necessary, to assist in the preparation of the application
• Identifies the necessary approvals that will be required for the works and the documentation that will need to be prepared, collated and submitted for approval
• Analyses the impact on a range of stakeholders of the permit application and develops a strategy for maximising their support for the application.
• Prepares the application required by the council, checking it complies with the requirements of the relevant authority
