Assignment: Develop a Patient Safety Culture
In this assignment you will create a one-page questionnaire designed to survey co-workers on the organization's patient safety culture. It will consist of Likert Scale questions. Review the items 1-4 in Likert Scale Questions with Examples.
Include an explanation of the items you choose and support your choices with scholarly citations. You will present your explanation in a two-page report.
Your well-written assignment should meet the following requirements:
• Two-pages long, not including the cover or reference pages.
• One-page questionnaire, with 12-15 Likert Scale questions.
• Formatted per APA and Saudi Electronic University standards.
• Provide support for your work with in-text citations from a minimum of four scholarly articles. Two of these sources may be from the class readings, textbook, or lectures, but two must be external. The Saudi Digital Library is a good place to find these references.
• Provide full APA references for the sources used, along with appropriate in-text citations.
• Utilize headings to organize the content in your work.
