Assessment Description
In this assessment, you will be writing an individual report that encourages you to be creative with business analytics, whilst also developing a response to the UX, CX and Ethical innovation case study that you have selected in either Appendix A or Appendix B below.
Assessment Instructions
In this assessment, you will be developing a response through application of the analytics concepts covered in weeks 10 & 11.
Select a case study brief from either Appendix A or Appendix B (not both)
If you select Appendix A, then you are to develop an app similar to Daze that allows text messaging to move beyond blue and green text chat bubbles
If you select Appendix B, then you are to develop an app similar to Photomath that helps solve academic problems
In developing your app, please take into consideration the following points:
Work with the persona nominated in either Appendix A or Appendix B
Discover and define the business problem from a UX/ CX perspective, supported by data and references.. Demonstrate how Design Thinking principles were applied in the development of your proposed innovation. In so doing, how was data used as input to the "Empathise" or "Discovery" stages of the Design Thinking process
Apply UX/ CX Design Thinking principles in developing the proposed innovation, supported by data and reference. Develop a low fidelity wireframe to capture your innovation. Benefits of the innovation from a UX/ CX perspective should be outlined along the customer journey, including how the innovation meets the needs of your persona.
