The funding proposal is clear, detailed, and reasonable for the agency. Specific resources needed are described, and all the resources represent a balanced variety of resources needed to be successful. All the obvious costs are anticipated. All funding takes into account the anticipated benefits to the agency. Identify community partnerships that would collaborate with the agency to advance its mission (PO 2, 4, 5, 6, 7). Collaboration with the specific community partnerships is identified. All anticipated collaboration is achievable and reasonable. The proposed collaboration is culturally sensitive to the demographics and the community.
