Develop a chart of descriptive characteristics for children with various disabilities. Include at least 6 characteristics for each of the disability categories listed below.

Each of the characteristics should be a good DESCRIPTION of the characteristic rather than a few words or a short phrase.

Look for information outlining what sets them apart from their typically developing peers.

Ideas to consider: cognitive development, academic achievement, social skills, adaptive skills, physical development. You will not include information addressing all of these for each category.

For the sake of expanding beyond the textbook, do not use your textbook to complete this assignment. You should include a minimum of 3 references.

You should cite your sources in the text of the chart for this assignment (using APA style guidelines) and include a References Page (APA style) at the end.
