Develop a business case for our current process in the Emergency Department (ED) at Johnson Hospital fails the industry standard to deliver all four components of the sepsis bundle (measure lactate level, obtain blood culture prior to administration of antibiotics, administer broad spectrum antibiotics, and administer 30 mL/kg crystalloid for hypertension or lactate >/= 4 mmol/L) within 3-hours of the patient presenting to the ED with symptoms of sepsis.
