Part II: Self-Awareness and Leadership Identity
Using three real or closely observed leadership experiences (one for each type of reflective experience), critically analyze how your thoughts, behaviors, or communication either:

C. Include strategies for self-monitoring and accountability (e.g., SMART goals, leadership journaling, feedback loops).
Part IV: Insights
A. Describe how you will evaluate whether your modified behaviors are contributing to more effective, authentic leadership.
