Imagine two blocks before and after colision. Initially the left hand block of mass m1 = 2 kg is moving towards the right at v = 1 m/s. After the collision the left hand block is moving to the left at v1 = 0.2 m/s and the right hand block of mass m2 = 4 kg is moving to the right at v2 = 0.6 m/s.

(a) Determine if this collision is physically possible.

(b) Determine whether the collision is elastic or inelastic.
