During a sleet storm, the roads are covered with frictionless ice. A car of mass 1000 kg traveling east at a speed of 6m/s slams into a stationary truck of mass 2000kg. The car and truck do not stick together after the collision. After the collision, the car is stationary.

A.) Determine (the magnitude and direction of) the total momentum of the truck plus car system before the collision

B.) Determine the velocity of the center-of-mass (of the truck plus car system) before the collision.

C.) Determine the velocity of the center-of-mass (of the truck plus car system) after the collision.

D.) Determine the velocity of the truck just after the collision.

E.) Determine the magnitude of the impulse on the truck due to the collision.
