A mass C of 10 kg is attached to a rod that is rotating around a vertical shaft as shown in the figure. If the mass is subject to the force shown in the figure and the shaft is subject to a moment M=( 8t 2 + 5 ) N. m as shown determine the velocity of the mass after 2s. Assume that the assembly starts rotating from rest.
