Cosider a series RLC circuit. Thw applied voltage has a maximum value of 160V ans ocscillates at a frq. of 74 Hz. The circuit contains a variable capacitor, an a 850 ohm resistor, and a 4.5H inductor. Determine the value of the capacitor such that the viltage across the capacitor is out of phase with the applied voltage by 55 degrees.
