On 3/1 the balance is 66,983 and a deposit of 5,321 is made and on 6/1 the balance is 73,042 and a withdrawal of 4,204 is made. On 12/31, the balance is 70,547. Determine the time weighted rate of return. Round your answer to 4 significant digits snd input your answer as a decimal. For example, 6.135% would be entered as 0.06135.
