A rocket of mass m is fired vertically upwards. The interaction between its engine and the surroundings produces an upward force of magnitude F=Fmax-Ct^2 (where t is in seconds) until F=0 then the engine shuts off. Determine the speed of the rocket at the instant the enine shuts off, voff, as a function of Fmax, C, m, and g.
