Consider a Ferris wheel in which the chairs hang down from the main wheel via a cable. The cable is 2.0 m long and the wheel is 24 m in diameter. When a chair reaches the 3 o'clock position (when viewed from the side), the cable makes a 20 degree angle with the vertical. Find the speed of the chair.
