The wind speed relative to the ground is 37 mph and is directed at theta = 51 deg. determine the angle theta at which the plane in order to travel in the direction of the runway. also determine the speed of the airplane relative to the runway. 0 degrees is north and the plane is pointing 51 degrees slightly to the right
