Consider a series RLC ciruit. If you knew only the RMS values of Vc, VL and VR, could you say for certain whether the circuit was in resonance? If it is possible to determine whether a circuit is in resonance given only the RMS values, explain how it could be done. If it is not possible, explain what further information you would have to have.
