You are required to select a low-rise building to analyse. This could be your own home, the home of a friend or relative, a construction project you are working on (or have worked on before), or a commercial building less than 2000 squares i.e. family business with upstairs dwelling. This must be a building you have easy access to, and are able to photograph, measure, and study.

Energy Efficiency

A. Discuss the design of the dwelling to meet energy efficiency requirements in an email to the client.

C. Detail the performance requirements or DtS Provisions for the building.
