1. Servant leadership can have a major impact on the attitudes of followers in organizations. When a follower has a good servant leader, they will have a much more positive attitude towards them and the origination. They will feel that way because they will think that their best interest is being kept in mind and they are taken care of. Not only taken care of professionally as in being given the right tools, promotion opportunities but also personally with health benefits, time off, to name a few. When a follower does not feel taking care of and they feel more of a number to the origination they will have a negative attitude towards them, and that attitude comes out in the quality of work.
2. As stated in the textbook, servant leadership is the focus on followers needs. Therefore, depending on how the leader treats and interacts with their team will determine the overall attitude and behaviors of the organization or company. As a leader you are to examine the different types of needs and learning styles in order to help develop and grow your team as individuals and as a team. If you try leading everyone the same, some will not get the help they need and may feel as though they have been left behind or unheard. It is important to connect with your team on a person level, without crossing then line, to show that you are there for them. In doing so, the team members will return the respect with higher quality and work ethic. When you have someone in a leadership role who is set in their ways and does not think outside of the box, this can create unhappy workspaces which lead lower work ethic or further issues. Being involved as a leader is key, it is important to remember that as a group you should all be working toward the same goal therefore, no one person on the team is better than the other (leader included). Overall, as a servant leader one should feel confident, capable and connected with their team in order to succeed.
3. To me, the biggest asset that Servant Leadership brings to the table is how it impacts employees attitudes and behaviors. A servant leader gets their team to come to work every day with an excitement about the task at hand. Because they feel like they are valued and understood by their boss they will work harder and take greater pride in their work. In a company that does not practice servant leadership, you may find yourself feeling like just another cog in the machine or a replacable position. However, a servant leader will inspire those same people to give that extra effort or that extra level that you otherwise would not get.
4. Servant leadership has the potential to increase followers and have an impact with trust, loyalty, and satisfaction with the leader , it has the opportinity to increase organizational commitment also. ( Yuki, 2010 ) research.Servant leadership can also have a impact on follower by recruiting people who already have a positive attitude, increase pay , promote within , listen at a deep level and acknowledge the value of each person is a few examples.
5. We all have a followership position within any company. Even if you are the owner of the company you still are a follower to an extent. You still have regulations to follow and special city, state and country laws that make you a follower. You were also under someone in a previous job so you will always be able to know how it feels like to be a follower, which helps anyone who moves into a leadership role. Leaders can best serve their company by modeling the followership behavior they expect from others (Reynolds, 2015). A leader is always remembering by how well or how bad they lead so being a good leader will cause some big shoes to fill.

It can be a lot of ideas and discussions about the role of followership in supporting servant leaders but all of them will have same result and everybody will agree that the common goal of supporting servant leaders. Having open communication, active listening with proper leadership so we can influence to get the job done. Is crucial that we have communication with our employees and when they trust us in their personal and professional aspect that can say that we have a positive impact in their lives (Spears, 2010). In my opinion professionally if we are servant leaders this will take us to be great human beings like God wanted for us to be since the creation.
