The discharge tube of an Argon ion laser has windows 1 mm thick, with an index of 1.46, set at the Brewster angle to the axis of the tube. Specify this angle and the polarization of light that is not reflected by these windows. Determine the offset of the beam from the axis as it emerges from the tube.
