Determine the moment (torque) exerted by the two rods about the crank axis z. For design purposes it is also necessary to have the vector expression for the moments of the two forces about one of the main ball bearings at O.

Find M and calculate the magnitude m = 39, of the moment which tends to screw the pipe into the fixed block about its angled axis through O.
