You need to prepare a thesis

"To Identify the Different Pseudomonas Species Isolated from Various Clinical Samples, and to Determine the Antibiotic Susceptibility Patterns and Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of Commonly Used Antimicrobials. A Prospective Study in a Tertiary University Hospital"

Objectives

1. To identify the different species of Pseudomonas isolates from clinical specimens and to determine its susceptibility profile.

2. To determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of available antimicrobials in MDR isolates of Pseudomonas.
Operational Definitions

- Pseudomonas isolates: clinical samples producing characteristic colony on Blood Agar, MacConkey Agar, and CLED Agar, Oxidase positive.
- Multi Drug Resistance(MDR):organism :resistant to three or more classes of drugs.
- Minimum Inhibitory Concentration(MIC): minimum dose of an anti-microbial on which growth of organism is inhibited.

There should be at least 20-25 references and should not be older than 7 years unless it is a very good reference. But keep the very old ones to a minimum.

Vancouver referencing style should be used.
