The natural frequency for the device is specified as 20 Hz and the displacement-sensing device connected to the instrument can detect a maximum of ±3.0 mm with an uncertainty of ±0.02 mm. Determine the maximum acceleration which may be measured with the instrument and the uncertainty resulting from the displacement measurement.
