Question - For the device shown below, the spring AB has a spring constant of 5 lb/in, R = 10 in., and a - 20 in. Determine the weight W that would be in equilibrium as a function of the angle θ. Also, determine the magnitude of the reaction force at C as a function of θ. Graph these functions for values of θ from 0o to 90o. The spring is unscratched when θ = 0o.
