A parallel-plate capacitor has plates of very large extent such that the electric field is perpendicular to the plates. The plates are separated by a distance of 1mm, and a voltage of 100 V is applied to them. A slab of mica ( epsilon = 5.4 ) is inserted between the plates. Determine the magnitude of the polarization vector in the mica.
