Compute the solution of the certain problem

Problem- A long current carrying wire has current changing with time according to I = At where A > 0 is a constant and t is time.

Part A- Find the induced current in a rectangular Ohmic loop that is oriented in such a way that the current carrying wire threads the loop perpendicularly through the center of the rectangular loop.

Part 2- Another way to picture this is to imagine that we draw the rectangular loop on the whiteboard such that it lies parallel to the whiteboard. The infinitely long current carrying wire would be coming straight at you through the center of the loop.

I need experts help to find the correct answer of the above problem.
