Communicating the initiation of change management is imperative along with noting the need for discussion as well as clarification and understanding in proceeding forward toward goal achievement is crucial. As this takes place, including steps within the action plan can be helpful and noting individual and group expectations, duties and responsibilities should occur. This continual process requires consistency in moving towards achieving the goal, flexibility in making any necessary changes as well as conducting an analysis along the way as each step is implemented within the action plan for accuracy and successful outcomes.
You are meeting with your HRD team and preparing to meet all of the Pegasus department heads. You are preparing for the first change intervention. Using the results of the previous work for this project (previous assignments), complete the following:
1. Discuss the specific steps or interventions to begin the change reorganization.
2. Determine the first 5 interventions you would recommend to begin the change-management reorganization and your rationale for why you would use these interventions in this sequence.
