it is required to establisg a chart for count of nonconformities for a manufacturing process. if 25 units are to be inspected and the total number of the count of nonconformities from all the units is 141, determine the central line and control limits of the chart, for future productions if three subgroups with a total count of nonconformities of 9 are out of control due to assignable causes.
