A 12 kilogram mass is pushed against a spring with negligible mass and force constant K=150 N/m compressing it to 1 meter. After release, the block slides a distance of 2 m along the horizontal surface which has a coefficient of friction of Uk= .18 It goes up a frictionless slope.
