A medium size manufacturing company has decided to raise $4 million by issuing bonds. They have decided upon a 10 year maturity period and feel they will be able to retrieve the bonds at that time for $5 million.

Determine the annual bond interest rate that they must pay if investors desire a MARR of 8% per year.
