A 3.6 kg rocket body containing 1.59 kg of fuel, is attached to a light, rigid rod of length R = 0.45 m. The rod pivots freely in the horizontal plane (so you can neglect gravity) about the fixed point O. Assume that the rocket burns fuel at rate of mdot = 0.27 kg/s, with an exhaust velocity u = 23.9 m/s relative to the rocket. Determine the angular speed (magnitude of the angular velocity(omega)) of the rocket at t = 3.1 seconds. Specify your answer in rad/s to 2 decimal places.
