A mass of 2kg rests on a horizontal table and is attached to one end of a spring constant 200N/m. The other end of the sping is moved in the horizontal direction according to x = a cos(wt) where a = 4 x 10^-3m and w = 5pi rad/s. The damping constant b = 4.0 N/m s. Determine the amplitude and relative phase of the steady state oscillations of the mass.
