A 5 kg block has an initial speed of 10m/s down a frictionless include plane. Once the block reaches the bottom of the incline it encounters a frictionless flat plane with a vertical wall at the opposite end. Attached to the wall is a spring with a spring constant of 650 N/m. Determine the amount by which the spring compress when it impacts and comes to rest.
