A novel drug has been developed to boost white blood cell production in sick patients. However, the drug has serious side effects and it is determined that it should only be used if WBC concentration decreases to 2,000 cells per microliter. A doctor collects 6 simple random samples of blood from a sick patient and records the following WBC concentrations: 1800, 1900, 2000, 2200, 2400, 2500. Use 95% Confidence Intervals to determine if the doctor should prescribe the new drug to this patient (please remember to use the formula for Confidence Intervals for small sample sizes). What is the 95% confidence interval?
