1. Determine and set three S.M.A.R.T. goals that you wish to accomplish over the course of the semester. Two goals related to fitness and this Weight Training class. (ex. Increase muscle mass, "bench 200lbs", improve flexibility, etc) The third goal can be related to either your academic or personal life (ex. Improve GPA).

2. Explain your reasoning for choosing these goals and for each of those goals develop a plan using the SMART goal setting technique attached. Smart goal.png
