As an OD CONSULTANT you have been approached by ABC company to re-engineer their organizational structure and present an effective one.

ABC company “as example” name of the company, you have to start about the company it self, number of employees (prefer to select small company with small number of employees) 2- you need to select the type of Consultant approach. (Doctor-patient or Mechanic... etc) 3- you need to show how is the organization chart and what is the suggestion after applying your suggestions will look like. Do not make report generic try to makie it more specific to case study.
