Design a filter that satisfies the following requirements:
1 input is a current source ranging from 4 mA to 20 mA with a source resistance of 10 ohms.
2 THe filter must output a voltage ranging from 2v to 10 v.
3 The filter must suppress 60 hz noise with a minimum Q=50
4 The filter must also reject high frequency noise above 10 khz with a minimum roll- off in the stopband of -70 dB/dec
5 Available power supply +- 15 v.

You may assume that op amps are ideal except that the op amps saturate at +- 13 v. There are no limits in terms of cost or the number of components you may use. You can use any topology.
