Design a discrete time Echo filter in order to process the demo signal Splat, using Fs = 8192 Hz. The filter should pass the original signal unchanged and the first echo should be located at 0.7 seconds with 10% attenuation and the second echo should be located at 1.2 seconds with 20 % attenuation.
