Structure of the Report
Project Plan A
Small groups numbering 5-6 students will select a simple project about which they have sufficient information and understanding of activities, their interdependencies, project priorities in terms of time, cost, and quality, and resources required. Each team should provide a short description of the project to the lecturer for approval. After approval by the lecturer, the project would be planned and analysed using course materials.
Students are expected to obtain access to project management software such as MS Project to be able to deliver this assignment. Access instructions have been sent to all students via a vUWS announcement. Students can also use alternative project management software if they wish.
Student groups should submit one main Word document with three Gantt charts. The main document should closely follow the sections identified below.
