design a circuit that will turn on a green LED for normal room temperature. When room temperature exceeds approximately 82 degrees Fahrenheit, turn on a red LED. Use a PNP transistor to turn on one LED and an NPN transistor to turn on the other LED. Wire the LED's as parrellel loads. Build a bipolar power supply.
