Design a circuit for control of lights. There are 3 inputs:Reset, start and clock. Three outputs: Red, Yellow, Green, whichare used to turn on the lights. Only one light can be on at anytime. Reset forces the circuit into a state in which the red lightis turned on. When Start is activated, the red light stays on for at least one second longer, then the yellow light is turned on. Theyellow light stays turned on about one second and then the greenlight is turned on. The green light stays on for at least threeseconds and then the red lights is turned on and the circuitreturns to its reset state.
