The customer forgot to tell you that they need the bias (0V at 00000) to be user-adjustable between 0V and 2V and that the range(5V between 000000 and 111111) must be user adjustable between 3V and 7V. Design a back-end (additional circuit) that connects to the results of part 1. Use one potentiometer for each function. Consider how to make the two functions independent- the range does not change when the bias is adjusted, for example.
