I talked about the trend of a diverse population of student body at universities to discuss the importance of having a diverse faculty and staff. The study is about minority women career advancement in higher administration position (deans, assistant vice chancellors-vice chancellor, provost)in comparison to their male colleagues. I am studying the time it takes for minority women to climb the ladder in comparison to their male counterparts with equal qualifications. Data collection - this is where I need it to talk more about quantitative data- using labor statistic data and human resource department data from the universities. qualitative data using surveys to interview the participants and how both will be used to research the questions. Discuss the research question more in these paragraphs as well. In the Data collection method paragraph- discuss quantitative and qualitative data and its meaning and purpose. Primary Data Collection method paragraph- talk about the qualitative data and using surveys or interviews to collect data for the research question. The method outline chart on page 1 needs to be change. Research design- needs to speak on the mixed-methods approach sampling techniques isn't correct either. the power point presentation I have questions about the paper. Are you stating that positivism is difference between minority women not advancing as quick as women? I am measuring time it takes to climb the later for minority women vs. male with equal qualifications. I don't think i need to be looking at positivism. I don't understand the research onion chart and how it relates to my topic I prefer the research methodology to be consider mixed methods with quantitative empirical data looking at labor statistics and human resource departments and qualitative looking at subjective data surveys and interviews with minority women in these higher administration roles at university. This is a statistic paper. I need the methodology section more in depth and specific to my topic. I will be more specific.
