Parent/Sibling Interview
1. Interview a parent or sibling (sibling must be age 18 or older) of a child with disabilities, and writee a synopsis of the information obtained.
2. The student with the disability must be school-age Pre-K-12th grade in public or private school.
3. Described Parent/Sibling Relationship.
4. Described a typical day with the child at home and school.
5. Provided Demographics of child: age, disability category, grade, strengths, challenges, and how many siblings in the home, hobbies, favorite color, etc...
6. Described and defined in detail the child's disability and characteristics the child exhibits. Provided a legal definition of the disability.
7. Described any accommodations and/or modifications the child needs at home, school, or while out in the community (grocery store, car, or social gathering).
