For this course you will select one organization that you will use in each assignment in this class. It can be your current organization or a past organization you worked for. This first week you will select your organization and describe it in detail using terminology you learned this week.

Write a proposal of approximately 900 words in which you do the following:

• Identify what model best describes your organization (autocratic, custodial, supportive, or collegial).

• Describe what type of organization model (mechanistic or organic) is present and include examples of evidence.

• Explain the various social environments at your organization and how that affected behavior.

Include at a minimum of two scholarly sources in addition to your textbook to support your analysis.
